Johnson & Nielsen Associates offers consultation and design services to architects, private owners, public agencies, contractors, developers, and others in the construction industry. Our services include consultation, special structure investigations and reports, budget studies and cost estimates, rehabilitation for seismic strengthening of existing buildings, computer analysis and design and preparation of construction drawings and specifications. Our services during construction include review of shop drawings, coordination of our design with construction operations, and field observation for conformity with the intent of the construction documents
